No damage of the product can be attributed to GLOW if the right delivery address and date and have not been provided, nor can a refund be given. 

    A modification or cancellation of your order is possible if it arrives to GLOW in writing within a period of three (3) working days before the delivery/pickup date you have chosen. In case of cancellation within less than three days, no refund or credit will be issued.

    You have 1 working day after the delivery/pickup of your package to notify us of any potential error in your order. You must notify us by calling us 514-947-4569 so we can rectify any mistake quickly. After this delay, we cannot rectify your order.
